These Terms & Conditions govern your use of scrappy, a digital diary scrapbook service operated by Dania Mendoza. By accessing or using scrappy, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By continuing to use scrappy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.
scrappy is a personal diary and scrapbook web application. Free-tier entries are retained for 24 hours. Premium subscribers retain entries indefinitely. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organization to use this service.
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, fraud or spam, intellectual property infringement, and any activity that interferes with the security or availability of the service (including malware, probing, or scraping).
Dania Mendoza retains all rights to the scrappy software, branding, documentation, and underlying IP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent any technical limits of the service.
You retain ownership of the diary entries and content you create. By using scrappy, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
scrappy Premium is billed monthly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose) are disclaimed.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your data may be deleted or retained in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), except where required by law for fraud, death, or personal injury.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dania Mendoza from any claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dania Mendoza operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
